Reindeer Lodge - Rustic Mountain Getaway

We’ve got you sorted with bed linen, firewood, internet via satellite, 240v electricity via our solar system, birdseed for feeding the parrots and all the kitchen and bathroom essentials that you’ll need! The space Reindeer Lodge was built in 1992 and is in the middle of the forest at the highest point in Tanjil Bren. It has beautiful views overlooking a valley to a mountain and is surrounded by large gum trees. Reindeer Lodge has all the rustic charm of a large A frame Mountain Lodge with old logging and antique memorabilia throughout. Tanjil Bren is still an undiscovered place of fresh air, clean water, and tranquility in the heart of the forest. Here, you can relax in rustic luxury. Reindeer Lodge caters for up to eight people with one queen bed, one double bed and four single beds in two bunks in the bunk room. The bunk room is best suited to two adults or up to four children. Living, dining, and kitchen are in one large open plan room. An internal spiral staircase leads to a hideaway bedroom in the loft. The Lodge is heated with a big slow combustion fireplace, which can be shut down to slow combust all night or sit in front of, stay cosy and watch the beautiful log fire.
