Additional hours are charged at ₱1,000 per hour (subject to availability) Rooms: Our home features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with a total of 10 single beds and 5 extra mattresses. Additionally, we offer a spacious air-conditioned living area. Toilet and Bath: Facilities include 1 full bathroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 urinal, and 2 shower rooms. Kitchen Amenities: Fully-equipped kitchen with cooking pots and pans, charcoal grill, spatula, tongs, chopping board, knife, 12 sets of plates, bowls, spoons & forks, cups, serving plates, cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar), drinking water, dishwashing liquid with sponge, kitchen towel, cooking stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and water dispenser. Entertainment Facilities: Enjoy our Swimming Pool, Half-court Basketball, Mini Gym (elliptical, free weights, stationary bike), Junior Billiard Table, KTV (operating hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM), Lights and Sounds system, Claw Machine, WiFi, Smart TV, and Projector for film showing by the pool. Outdoor Amenities: Explore our Backyard, Balcony, and Rooftop equipped with outdoor furniture and dining area. Additional amenities include electric fans, outdoor sound system (operating hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with indoor sound system available at any time), charcoal grill, and drying rack for clothing. Pool Information: Our swimming pool is 5x12m size and depth ranges from 3.5 feet to 5.5 feet, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Pool Maintenance: To ensure the cleanliness of our pool, we utilize a D.E. Filter, the most advanced and effective filter for disinfecting water. The water undergoes a 2-hour filtration process before your check-in to balance the pH level to approximately 7.4, ideal for swimming. We also conduct a pH level check prior to your check-in. Sanitization Procedures: We prioritize the safety and protection of our guests by thoroughly disinfecting and sanitizing the entire premises.
