The standard rate is for the first 2 guests. Every guest over the first 2 is an additional 400 per pax. Therefore you must indicate the accurate number of total guests in your reservation as the price changes after the first 2 guests. Other things to note Parking Option 1: If you need parking only between 5 pm to around 10 am in the morning then you can park in front of the Commercial Units on the ground floor of the Building. For Monday to Saturday, since the shops open around 10 am, you will have to make sure you move the car before 10 am. There is only one shop below that opens around 8 am Monday to Sunday, please ask us about this if you plan to park. For Sunday, you can leave the car in front of the commercial units since 4 out of 5 of the shops there do not open on Sunday. Please ask us which shop to avoid if you need to park in front of the shops. Parking Option 2: We can also provide parking that is just 5 minutes walk away from this place. Just ask us about it.
