In the Heart of Downtown - Loft off Lexington ave

This uniquely renovated, loft style condominium is located in the heart of downtown Asheville. The loft is walking distance to locally owned shops, restaurants, art galleries, theaters, music venues, breweries, and grocers. Downtown Asheville is a happening place, but if you're looking to get out for the day, its only a 15 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway to find breath-taking views and hikes. The space The entrance to the building is located on Rankin Ave, directly across the street from the Rankin Parking Garage (20$ per day to park) The loft is on the ground floor and has very easy access with no stairs. You will be provided with a code to the main entrance and the condo entrance to lock up the loft as you come and go during your stay. The renovated loft has exposed brick, high ceilings, original hardwood flooring, and plenty of natural light. There is room for 4 guests; two bedrooms. The bedrooms are separated by "soft walls", walls that do not connect at the ceiling. There are built in white noise machines with volume controls in each bedroom to provide plenty of privacy and peace. Our loft has a large balcony that overlooks the vibrant Lexington Ave.; this is a great space with a view to enjoy the city. We are able to be on the 1st floor and have a balcony because the street adjacent to our entrance street is on a slope. Parking is a breeze given space is almost always available in the Rankin Ave parking garage ( 20$ a day) across the street (our building has no parking spaces for any resident). Coffee Maker Linens and towels Washer and dryer Smart TV with Cable Wifi Owner suite: King size Bed, Tv, Full Private Bath, deep soaking tub Loft Bedroom: Queen size bed Both bathrooms have a shower. The entrance has coded entry with lobby space. For entry to the loft, we have a keypad and the code will be given to you automatically the day of your trip. Other things to note Our loft is located in a private building where residents live full time; our condo is the only space available to you during your visit. There is no roof access and you do not have permission to visit any other floor of the Rankin Lofts. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We do not allow parties; unresolved noise complaints will result in us asking you to leave with out a refund. Best parking option is Rankin Ave. Parking Garage, directly across the street from the condo entrance, for $20 per day. Pictures of deck are included in our pictures.
