Tussock Vineyard Retreat

The Vineyard Retreat is a lovely private and peaceful space set within our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. This is a great place to take time out from busy life in a quiet rural setting. With separate guest access and use of a private courtyard garden, this airbnb offers the best of Marlborough's wine country only 10 mins from Renwick and 15 mins to the airport. Guests have a separate ensuite and use of kitchenette with laundry facilities. We look forward to welcoming you. The space The main area includes a queen sized bed, table and chairs, TV, wardrobe, storage and a queen size bed that can be used to accommodate an additional guest. There is a separate kitchenette to prepare simple meals including a small fridge, sink, cooktop, small oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine for guest use, and clothesline. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Our location is the highlight, set within picturesque landscaped gardens, olive grove and vineyards. Guests have a private lawn and courtyard for use and a BBQ. You are also welcome to walk around our gardens and vineyard. Guest access The rooms have a separate, level, entrance with parking immediately in front. We aim to meet all guests on arrival, however should we not be available at your preferred time, can send instructions for self check-in. Other things to note Children 2 years and over should be counted in total guest count. A Portacot is available at no additional charge for under two year olds. If you require the sofa bed to be made up for two separate beds we do charge an additional $20/night and need to be advised in advance. For bookings of 3 x people we will assume the sofa bed is required. This is a working vineyard so pending on the season there may be machinery in operation, we will advise you at the start of your stay of any safety considerations. We do have working dogs living on the property and two pet sheep. If you are travelling with pets please contact us before booking to confirm our house rules in relation to animals. There is an additional cleaning fee for bookings including pets. We provide Milk, Bread and condiments as well as Tea & Coffee for guests.
