Jake's House is a 1 bedroom lake house cottage, it has living room (with a twin), kitchen, bathroom has shower and bedroom has king bed. Linens for bedding and bath are provided. Kitchen comes stocked with plates, barware, glassware, utensils, and pots and pans Great for family are group of close friends especially for a fishing trip! Property has shared fishing pier, boat ramp, fish cleaning station. There is a laundry mat on sight. Guest access Guests will have access to fishing pier, boat launch, fish cleaning station. Other things to note We have an office open from 8 am -12 pm & 2 pm -6 pm and call forwarding for after hour emergencies. This is is a rural area near farms and Lake Chicot. We do ask for 10 pm quite hours so all guests can enjoy a good night stay. We allow grilling in the grass area near cabins (please do not set grills on porches for obvious fire hazards)
