Beautiful property, located perfectly with a close proximity to the front beach of Rye, just a 350 metre walk to the front beach. Spacious and elegant, main house has 4 gorgeous bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ducted heating and cooling, separate living areas, furnished to create luxury and comfort. Studio at back accommodates 4 guests. The perfect location for large groups or families without being over crowded! The space The main house - 4 bedrooms (consists of 4 queen size beds) plus a sofa in the study room which folds out to double bed. The main bedroom has an ensuite, bedroom 2 & 3 has a powder room next to their rooms, bedroom 4 is next to the main bathroom. In the laundry, there is another shower and toilet. A superb kitchen features stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, coffee machine, and convenient breakfast bar. The bathrooms are slick and luxurious keeping within the feel of the entire property. Outdoors you will find a lovely decked area for BBQs and entertaining. The front of the property is ample secure off-street parking, with plenty of space for a boat or jet-ski's. By any standards this property is exceptional. There is a studio/bungalow at the back of the property which can accommodate 4 guests, access to the studio is only granted for bookings of 11 or more adults. There is a bedroom, shower, toilet and laundry facilities, lounge room and kitchen facilities. There is a sofa in the lounge room which coverts to a double bed. Guest access Guest do not have access to garage. (Private use only) Guests have access to the studio/bungalow with an additional cost. Other things to note Earlier Check In and later Check Out times can be requested. Keep the noise down as you have neighbours on each side. If there is a disturbance and the authorities are called the council can fine you and your guests $1500.00.
