The Master bath has a walk-in shower, and is shared between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, with separate doors for privacy. The second bath is in the Laundry Wing with full tub, granite counters, and linen closet. The house is fully handicap accessible with each door being 36” wide. Edna Valley is the premier wine-growing region where Casita Las Brisas sits on a ridge surrounded by two acres of native landscaped grounds with walking trails and fruit orchard. Edna Valley vineyards have ideal soils and conditions for producing premium wines specializing in Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes. Pismo Beach, Avila Beach and Montana de Oro are nearby. Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal rookery are an easy 60 miles north on Hwy 1. Our Farmer’s Markets are world famous brimming with flowers, crafts, festive eats and our locally grown fresh produce for some of the best food around. Look over the Edna Valley wine country from this elegant California Mediterranean-style home, with sleeping for 6. A private spa has its own terrace and sweeping views of the Santa Lucia coastal mountain range. We are 10 miles from historic San Luis Obispo and 5 miles from equally historic Arroyo Grande. Pets are wonderful creatures, however, some of our regular guests have experienced health issues so we respectfully request that you avoid bringing your pets to the Casita.
