No Cleaning Fee. We are located on Lake Hartwell. Our goal is to keep our prices down so that families and those on a budget can enjoy relaxing on the lake for a good price. We do have a dock and we can help you locate boat rentals if you are interested. We offer kayaks and paddleboards free of charge. 20 minutes from Clemson and 7 from Green Pond Landing. Great for fishermen and students also! Come relax at the bonfire pit and grill up a great dinner! This space includes 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa. 1 private bathroom with a shower, and a living area with kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an airfryer, a table top convection oven, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, an icemaker and a compact fridge freezer combo. There is also a grill outside for all of your cooking needs. We have two paddle boards, two Kayaks and various rafts are available for you to enjoy. We just added a new outdoor ping pong table that adds fun to those that have a competitive spirit. Guests have access to the entire lower level of our home. This will be their own private area. Guests have access to patio and private dock. We will be on the premises and happy to answer any questions. We live on Lake Hartwell in a very quiet area. During the week the Lake is super quiet a few neighbors may enjoy the water on the weekends. There is a public boat dock at the end of our street where you can take your boat in and out of the water. If you didn't bring a boat no worries you can rent one just down the road at Lake Hartwell Campground and Cabins. Also don't forget we have two paddle boards and Kayaks you may use, free of charge. There is room for you to park one car in our driveway. Extra cars can be parked at the top o the driveway. If you have a boat trailer please park it at the top of the driveway. We do have 2 dogs on premises Cash and Kahlua. They will bark anytime you drive in but they are friendly. We can keep them contained during your stay if you do not like dogs. Cash is a water lover and will join you anytime you take a swim. Kahlua just loves a tennis ball. We also have a sweet cat named Maisy. You may see her sunning herself on the upper bedroom balcony, but she resides solely in my son’s room.
