Elegant Getaway Near the Ocean in West Palm Beach

The space Private, Private, Private...located in a historic district called "Southland Park," which is a little gem, in a historic neighborhood. Homes range in size from small "key west" style beach cottages, to large mediterranean mansions. My home is close to Dixie, City Diner, and Antique Row, to the west. And, is just a few blocks away from Lake Worth, Flagler Drive, and Southern bridge. You can be in Palm Beach, and in the Atlantic ocean in 10 minutes! The house was built in 1929, and is decorated with "an old palm beach" style vibe, staying true to the era, with period antiques, and my favorite Palm Beach Colors. The unique T shaped pool is NOW HEATED! The pool is nestled in a private, lush, tropical, backyard terrace. Once you enter the backyard- thru the gated driveway, walk under a palm tree "allee" which takes you from the "cocktail patio"(off the Sun Room) to the outside dining area, and the "Loggia"(off the Dining Room) where there are more palm trees, fragrant jasmine, bougainvillea, and gardenia...the Cottage is steps away...and has room for an additional 4 guests. This space is great for teenagers, in-laws or friends that want a bit more privacy. Guest access The house and cottage are yours EXCLUSIVELY! Make yourself at home, and enjoy all that Casa Divina has to offer. Please note that my Maximum number of guests is 8. However, I will consider 10 guests, if and only if you discuss with me in advance, and there will be an additional $50( per person), one time fee, for each additional guest!
