Rate is based on 3 nights,varies according to number of nights, just ask us! The space The apartment has been recently renovated to high standards and has everything you need during your stay. It is very modern but it is in an old building and certainly has retained the 'old' charm. There is ample space for 4 people, an extra bed for a 5th person can be provided in the second bedroom. The views from the sitting area are so beautiful it is almost difficult to leave the apartment and explore the region and the rest of village! Aubeterre is one of the most beautiful villages in France, and as you walk or drive into the village you willl know why. It has retained the atmosphere of the typical French village, but has plenty of things to offer for the tourists today: the unique monolithic church, the village square with its terraces, the river beach. Guest access The apartment is very complete; there is a large fully equipped kitchen with induction, dishwasher, microwave, to make beautiful meals.There is a communal entrance into the original old building with an interphone to the apartment. The apartment itself has a separate entrance door within the building. Other things to note The apartment has airconditioning. The use of the wifi is free of charge. All linen and towels provided. A guest toilet at the living space level, and toilets in both en suite bathrooms. Cleaning at end of stay is included in the rental price. All charges and taxes are included in the rental price
