Beautiful spacious room with spectacular views

Soak up the unique charm of a original farm house which was architect designed in the 50's and is furnished with antiques. Set in a beautiful country property with magnificent heritage trees, including 4 Californian red woods which are over 100 years old. Nature bounds and serenity is ensured. Located above the beautiful Mossvale Park which is a quick stroll down the hill. Wilson's Prom is an easy day trip and well worth a visit. Wineries and good food are a big part of this region. The space A unique country experience in the heart of South Gippsland within a days drive to Wilson's Promatory, and close to Meenyian, Fish creek and Inverloch. We truly are in the land of milk and honey, oh and fantastic wine! Guest access Guests are welcome to stroll in the garden and veggie patch, pat the horses and see our chooks at work. A sort walk to Mossvale Park is a must. The main lounge area is for exclusive use of all guests (please note that we have two further bedrooms available with a maximumof 6 people in total staying at any one time). During your stay We believe that part of the unique experience of staying in a bnb is meeting the local people and exchanging information about the area. We have lived in this area for many years and have been farmers in our previous life. However we totally respect individuals who want privacy and space. Other things to note While we make every effort to ensure the comfortof our guests, please note that we live in a rural area. This may mean experiencing the odd spider (no nasty chemicals have been used on the property) and occasionally there are floods in the surrounding flats.
