This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here. The space We have renovated and decorated the apartment to provide you with a peaceful atmosphere. Without being minimalist, its walls are transparent and clean, and everything in a chromatic range that invites rest... or work in tranquility. We like to say that it is perfect for the development where lawns, calm, and palm trees predominate, with two renovated pools, one of them for younger children. You may not want to stray too far from the apartment's atmosphere... Guest access The residential development does not have its own parking, but you can park on the street, right next to the apartment (although sometimes it is difficult to find a spot). There is also an underground parking lot 60 meters away, a two-minute walk. You have many restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket...all within walking distance. Inside the development, showers and bathrooms for the pools, garden areas. The entire complex is fenced, for greater safety and peace of mind.
