Townhouse in Denver

Stay in the heart of LoHi with restaurants, bars, parks and shops right outside the door. Enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom with en suite bathroom while sharing our townhouse - perfect for those needing a "home base" when visiting friends or family or coming/going from a ski trip! The space This modern townhome sits in the heart of Denver's hottest neighborhood and overlooks downtown Denver. You will stay in a private bedroom with attached bathroom (with tub) on the third floor. The room feature a vaulted ceiling, a window with blackout curtains and a closet. The second floor of the townhome is an open plan living space with a fireplace, 55" flatscreen TV and grommet kitchen. This is common space but you are welcome to use it anytime (watch TV, cook a meal, use the refrigerator, etc...). There is a Keurig in the kitchen and plenty of coffee to start your day off right! Guest access Your private bedroom and bathroom are yours exclusively with shared access to the rest of the townhouse except for the master bedroom. Shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2 outdoor patios including the rooftop with fire pit. During your stay Buster and I will be here throughout your stay. We are both very social but also respect your space and privacy - we are here for any questions you have but it's your trip so the amount of interaction is entirely up to you. Other things to note I have an energetic 6-year old pup named Buster who pretty much runs things around here. He is very friendly and loves meeting new people but doesn't always respect boundaries (he may jump up or try to sit in your lap). He won't bother you or your belongings if your door is shut but he may bark a little and you might run into his hair on the furniture (the little bit that may escape the vacuum cleaner).
