Downstairs is a second lounge with TV, full bathroom and two bedrooms both with two single beds. This is the perfect destination for a well deserved break with family or friends, you are walking distance from the swimming pool and tennis court. The house can be enjoyed year round being equipped with two large split system air conditioners and a log fire. The view of the 3 acre waterlily filled lagoon is magnificent and can be enjoyed in all weathers from the generous covered balcony with table and setting for eight.
