This home is situated in close proximity to Eildon. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck offer majestic views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains. The house is a perfect set up for a large family or group. The home has six bedrooms, with eight beds spread over two levels with three upstairs and three downstairs. Each level is seperate to the other. Each level has its own fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and numerous cooking utensils and equipment. The space From the outdoor enthusiast to those who just want to sit, read, think and take in the views from the expansive balcony, this property will suit every personal desire. The property is set close to the Lake with easy access for boating and water activities. Attractions include wineries, golf, water sports, river fishing, bush walking, nearby restaurants and much much more including the Mansfield Zoo and great maze and art studio. The property is close to Mt Buller ski fields and is an easy 50 minutes commute. Once done with a day on the slopes, a wood fire beckons you to sit share a wine and banter about all the fun. A fully enclosed BBQ area with large BBQ is ideal to cook for large numbers whilst overlooking the lake and surrounding mountain ranges. Guest access Guest access is self check in and there is access to the two different levels of the house with separate bathrooms and kitchens in each level. One day prior to check-in a once off code will be sent to you via messages in AirBnB enabling easy self check in. Once inside a booklet contains all the information you need and some that you may want regarding the surrounding area. Other things to note The house comprises two levels and each has its own access. There are no internal stairs so when two families book - each can have its own access and privacy when required (or needed?). Upstairs comprises three bedrooms two toilets one bathroom, large lounge and dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The lower level is completely self contained with its own access, kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and sitting area, euro laundry, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and Rumpus room.
