Fully self contained unit located on a very private semi rural property just outside Malanda town [2 km]. Host live on property available most of the time to greet guests. New. All essential cooking facilities available. Located away from the main road surrounded by grasslands and fruit trees. Guest access Only the cabin area. Guests are kindly requested not to enter the shed area. Your vehicle is to be parked outside the entrance to the unit. Not blocking the access to the shed. Other things to note Not to walk in the grass areas at night / when visibility is poor/ for safety reasons. Do not interfere with the main switch board located in the passage way. Always Shut the main entrance door but do not lock it. Guest is provided with a key to the main cabin door. Guests are not permitted at all, to use their own electrical appliances on premises. This includes portable fridges, air conditioners. heaters of any form, air Fryers, deep Fryers. Safety comes first. No naked flames of any kind allowed in or outside. Mobile phone charges and laptops are permitted. Please do not photograph buildings, publish on the internet. We are very private people. If you have special needs, please check with us before the booking is made. We may not be able to provide all the comforts and facilities you are looking for. When checking out, pls let the host know that you are leaving. Pls leave your rubbish outside the main door. There is a bin provided near the water tanks. "Bin collection day is Tuesday night". Do not hesitate to call the host for any help. We are always here to assist you. Our phone number is displayed on the fridge door. For overseas guests, pls provide us with an Australian contact number. Gates will be shut at 9 PM. We do not like outsiders visiting our property. The guests have a responsibility not to bring in visitors while they occupy the unit. We have had issues with outsiders who are not booked in through the agency. The Unit is strictly for the use of two booked guests. No outsiders are allowed to spend the night or camp on the property. Permission from the host is required if such visits by visitors are planned.
