The Stendhal apartment is a lovely space, very bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows that ensure an amazing view! Modern furnishings but comfortable offer a great family space to enjoy that opens out directly to the garden, so doubling your living room to the outside. The kitchen corner is small but well equipped, large enough to easily prepare your Italian meals or just breakfast if you prefer to enjoy the numerous restaurants on offer in Menaggio and the surrounding areas! Living room offers comfortable modern furniture in white and blues, perfect colour scheme to offset the lake and mountain scenery just out the windows! Personal family touches enhance the living room as the owners also enjoy their house at the lake! Two bedrooms on either side of the living room offer privacy to both rooms. The master bedroom has and en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. A large walk in wardrobe with ample space for your luggage and wardrobes. Laundry with washer and dryer top off the area. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds (that can be pushed together for a double if requested in advance) and a a bathroom only 2 steps out the bedroom door. The garden that wraps round the apartment is also very private. It offers deck chairs, table and chairs and of course lovely views of the lake! The residential complex offers a pool with deck space, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day or just relaxing in the sun! There is one parking spot available, and walking to town is also an option, but remember that having a view means that you are above town and the walk will take approx 20 minutes. Menaggio is located in the central lake area, offers shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and speciality like a local in this charming lake side town! Guest access You have full access to the apartment, the private garden, the SHARED condo swimming pool and one parking spot. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of a late arrival outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm. Check out is prior to 10am. PASSPORT REGISTRATION We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Menaggio charges a daily tourist tax of €3 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay.
