Set over two levels and, there are five large bedrooms with guest storage three of them. The house has a distinctly traditional architechture with a modern & eclectic overlay of styling. (I haven't updated pictures yet but both kids rooms now have comfortable Trio Bunks in them) Guest access With access to the entire property you will have room to spread out over 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living, TV room, formal dining, 3.5 bathrooms and internal laundry. All set on a large block with a huge green garden complete with 2 lawns and pool. A big side verandah looks over the garden and outdoor entertaining areas. With views of the entire garden & pool from the Kitchen/living you can relax or cook with full view of the kids. Other things to note CHILD FRIENDLY - Having two small children (9 & 7) our house is extremely family friendly. There are 2 magically decorated kids rooms with ample toys for this age group. GARAGE - There is a separate garage overlooking the pool with a small bathroom that has been made into a makeshift little gym with rower, assault bike and some weights. KITCHEN - The kitchen is very well stocked with ample & new dinner and glassware, small appliances, and all the kitchenware you would expect. There is a Nespresso machine with coffee pods available. PANTRY - The pantry is stocked with basic dry goods, herbs and spices, salt, pepper sugar etc. Please feel free to use. STARTER PACK - for each new visit we will stock the kitchen with milk, bread, eggs, butter and muesli.
