Classic early 20th Century chic house located in the heart of Cold Spring Village steps away from everything (10 min. walk from Cold Spring Metro North Station, 5 min. walk from Main St shops and close to area hiking trails). Two tastefully decorated rooms with eclectic touches and great views of Hudson Highlands.We have 1 very friendly dog living with us and we welcome well behaved dogs. we are usually around to help with directions or anything else needed during your stay The space One light and airy double-bedded room and bathroom connected by hallway. Second larger double bedded room with TV more recently re-decorated and also now available. Both rooms available to book for family and groups of 4 on a separately linked listing. The larger room has a desk and chair for remote working and computer use with a fast WIFI connection. We do welcome children, but we are not fully baby proofed and there is a staircase leading to the rooms . Guest access In addition to a private bedroom and bathroom, guests will also have access to the front porch space. For guests with pets, the fenced in backyard is also available for use. Please ask us first .Access is not provided to kitchen and cooking facilities or washer/dryer. During your stay One of us (John, Charlotte ) available throughout weekends and during most of the week. Other things to note We are making sure that the guests rooms and all common spaces are fully cleaned before guests arrive .
