Valley View Home-stay is on National Highway (NH) 87-E, between Ranikhet and Almora very close to Majkhali. All rooms in the 'Homestay' have a beautiful view of wide spread of snow peaks and lush green valley. The Family Room offers two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a small living cum dining area, balcony and a kitchenette with a refrigerator with basic amenities provided. The Café serves delicious & refreshing food experience. It is a quiet place curated with love, labor, and patience. The space Valley View Homestay is located well away from the hustle and bustle of town life. All rooms in the "Homestay" are effectively open and have a delightful perspective of broad of snow pinnacles and the beautiful Gagas River Valley, where lights of various towns twinkle alluringly around evening time. The Himalayas transcend ridgelines with thick backwoods of pine and deodar trees. The snow pinnacles and valley are unmistakable from each room. It is a birdwatcher's heaven as a wealth of joyously shaded feathered creatures bounce about in the plantation of apple, peach, apricot and pear trees. There are rich patio nurseries with very much manicured beds of beautiful tulips, dahlias, pansies, fuchsias, universe, gladioli, geraniums and other exquisite bloom. Bordering the "Homestay" is 'The Cafe' featured by NDTV. It is a curious little place, with a perfect view. It is the perfect place to enjoy delightful, home heated cakes, pies, biscuits and Cafe Special Meal Platters. FOOD For food, they use local produce, natural ingredients of their own farm. The menu is multidimensional from Indian to Chinese to Italian and continental. Each meal is a wholesome preparation from fish and chips to macaroni. Snacks are served in the rooms whereas meals are served only in the small polished dining area.
