It has TWO beautiful terraces with abundant vegetation, both totally private. The first one is accessed from the living room, it is ideal for relaxing on its sofas or having a barbecue under the umbrella, at night a magical atmosphere is generated. The second is accessed by the stairs that are located in the first, this is an ideal place to take advantage of the Andalusian sun, it has a shower to cool off, comfortable armchairs to read, have a coffee or tapas; and a table to eat. Its orientation is unbeatable, the sunset contrasts with the bell towers of the churches, the wall and all the monumental buildings, it is an absolutely magical moment. Guest access The house is equipped with everything you need, it has hot-cold air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer...), washer-dryer, MOVIE PROJECTOR, smart TV, ambient lights and optimal fiber internet. Other things to note Parties or any type of event that involves altering the normal coexistence between neighbors are not allowed in this establishment. Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction and loss of the total amount paid for the entire stay.
