The Penthouse Piran - Presernovo nabrezje 2, Piran, is situated inside completely renovated old venetian style building in the first row to the Adriatic Sea. It features two terraces and two bedroom both equipped with bathrooms ( shower and bath ) Beside fully furnished apartment and totally renovated old style venetian building you can see Adriatic Sea from all inside windows of the Penthouse Piran. The space Penthouse apartment Piran is located in totally renovated old venetian style building in first row to the Adriatic Sea. Ground plan of apartment is layered in two floors. First floor consist from big living room connected with open kitchen and bar where all windows face the Adriatic Sea. Inside the ground plan on the first floor is located master bedroom ( equipped with 2 times two layered windows for extra comfort ). On the first floor there is comfortable toilet separated to fully furnished bathroom equipped with big shower. For your pleasure there is a mezzanine terrace covered in morning sun, which allows morning sun bathing but also dining table for eating in shade of afternoon. The second floor consist of second bedroom with big windows facing the Adriatic Sea. The second floor consist also bathroom with bath. Second floor features private access to roof-top terrace "altana" which allows beautiful 360 view of city of Piran and Adriatic Sea. Guest access The Penthouse Piran features 2 terraces - in apartment there is mezzanine terrace and is only apartment with private access to shared roof-top terrace "altana". The whole house consist of 4 owners. The Penthouse Piran is equipped with modern machine for washing dishes and also modern washing machine for clothes. It is equipped with ironing board and ironing machine. Other things to note Please do check because city of Piran is famous for having more then 20 Roman catolic churces snd it has famous square market called Tartini Square and many polite restaurants also in the center of the city, not only over-looking the sea, by our apartment : ) and also scenic beaches on the other end of the city. Payment of CITY TAX is done in cash at the time of arrival.
