Situated in an exceptional position at the end of Liakas peninsula, they all have stunning views of the sea and the island of Zakynthos. Villa Athena is a new, luxury two-storey private villa of 120m2. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped, dinning and sitting area for 6, access to the pool and garden. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom. Marble stairs lead to the upper floor, with 2 twin bedrooms, both ensuite, and sea view balconies. Exclusive and modern, Villa Athena is furnished to a high standard and well equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (English channels), DVD and CD. The kitchen includes an oven with 4-ring hob, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine and mosquito machines. The private freshwater swimming pool is surrounded by grassed lawns, built BBQ and dining area. At the exterior lovely shaded area you will enjoy the sea view and the pool. Guest access The little village of Spartia is approximately 2km away where there are a few shops, tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village. The south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are nearby and worth visiting whilst if you fancy tripping the light fantastic, the bright lights of Argostoli, the island capital, are just twenty minutes drive away. 500m from the villas is Liakas Village (Horio), a small group of holiday houses with a large pool, bar and tennis court which our villa guests are welcome to use.
