Parks in the Pines

It is a 1220 sq. ft. manufactured home on 3 acres and pine trees. 3 bed/2 bath. 2 Car Garage. A small fenced yard for pets, 2 pets allowed. It is not the most fanciest place you have ever been but it is cute, simple, comfortable, clean, and memories can be made here !! It is not a perfect house nor will it ever be and if it were, another one's opinion would beg to differ as we cannot please everyone but just noting this for anyone looking for the most perfect house at an affordable rate. The space The king bedroom is the master bedroom and has the garden tub in the bathroom. The queen bedroom. Is small and not a lot of extra room other than the closet and some walk around space. The double bedroom is same size of the queen bedroom. There are 2 open living areas and a dining area. There is a verizon hot spot for wifi. When it gets busy with summer visitors to the area, Verizon slows down a lot. It is nothing we can control but the best we can offer for this area There are rarely water issues but if there are we are quick to supply more and fix any problems. We ask that you keep a fire going if possible in order to not use so much propane for heating. There is plenty of land for the kids to run and play on in the trees or meadow. The roads are well maintained by the county so you dont have to worry about snow and bad roads. 2 pets per booking allowed unless cleared by owner. You can see the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams, and surrounding areas. Great places to hike, fish, shop, and explore. Or just hang out and relax. There is wifi available. In Parks water is hauled to the homes so we just ask you try to conserve when you come. But there wont be a problem with having sufficient water for your stay we just ask to conserve if you are able to. The house is fully furnished with couches, tables, chairs, and all kitchen necessities. There is a charcoal grill outside and you are welcome to have a small fire outside if there are no restrictions in place at the time. There is a TV and some movies but no cable or satellite. There are portable A/C units and fans as well as a couple ceiling fans. Guest access The road to the neighborhood is a county maintained dirt road right off of paved Route 66 and close to the freeway access. Parking at the property is pretty freely open. There is a circle driveway and also side parking as well as a 2 car oversized garage. Other things to note Full access to house, garage and acreage It is located in the middle of Flagstaff and Williams. Surrounded by pine trees. Easy access to freeway. Close to outdoor activities, dining, shopping, touring, or just hanging out and relaxing.
