9-Stall Barn for rent within 1 mile to TIEC. 12' x 12' Dry Stalls with Yokes and Fans. Use of Tack Room, Feed Room, Wash Area and 1.5 Bathrooms. 4 large Paddocks and 2 large flat Pasture areas included. Pasture areas are large enough to ride in and practice. Barn also has plenty of room for large trailer or vehicle parking. Stall-only rentals also available (contact host). Other things to note All barn/stall rental guests are required to fill out release/hold harmless and board/pasture agreements, as well as, proof of coggins. All stalls will be charged a fee of $100 per stall if not stripped and cleaned upon departure.
