The bathroom is on the street end of the apartment that makes a sound buffer from the street. There is a private balcony leading off the kitchen area at back with a nice leafy outlook. The apartment is fully airconditioned. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor with only 9 steps from the street. The apartment is fully self contained with washer and dryer in a cupboard on the side of the balcony. There is a small cloths line on the balcony. I have 4 Airbnb apartments in my building. 2/65A, 4/65A, 5/65A and The Green Room. All with balconies, washer and dryer, bathroom and kitchen. Other things to note Sorry. There is NO parking available on the premises. NO smoking or illegal drug use permitted on the premises. Security cameras at the front of the building and rear car park alert me to any unauthorised persons entering the building. The apartment accommodates 2 guests. No extra guests or bedding allowed.
