Our pool and outdoor living area have a beautiful canal outlook, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine. No cleaning fee. Bathroom is shared with just 1 other guest room. The space This deluxe single level private home offers two well-appointed guest bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, a full ‘guests only’ bathroom with separate toilet. This room is larger and has its own private patio area with a little table and two chairs, a TV and a large wardrobe, a guests fridge is available. Guests can make themselves at home with the use of the modern kitchen, the outdoor living and dining areas, there is another deck that overlooks the canal and pool with a table and bar stools, the jetty is a perfect place to sit and reflect to watch the sunset. Restaurants and cafes are close by. There is also a boat ramp, tennis court and gym are with in the complex. Close Broadwater access for boaties. Guest access I will greet you and show you around on arrival. The guest bedrooms are located away from your host's room and you can interact with us as much, or as little as you wish - it's your holiday! We have two very friendly small white fluffy dogs who also live on site - We are pet-friendly - but only by PRIOR NOTICE and at THE OWNERS DISCRETION. Please message us if you have a pet.
