Cregboy Cottage: A Cozy Retreat Near Acadia

The space My home is small but very cozy. It offers a wonderful space for couples (or 2 friends) to enjoy the beauty that this island has to offer. It has its quirks (like all houses), the most interesting one is the “ships ladder” leading to the loft style bedroom. But don’t worry….I am available to give a “Vanna White like”demonstration on how to sashay up AND down safely. Lol! You will have all you need in Cregboy Cottage, to help make your stay and vacation a memorable one. The cottage is in a local part of the island where folks live and work, so you might hear some traffic during the morning and evening rush. It’s part of the everyday rhythm here—nothing too crazy, just people going about their day. If you’re looking for a spot that’s not just for tourists, this is a great place to soak up some real local flavor. Also I have installed a whole house generator for your convenience, so you will never be without power no matter what shenanigans the weather forecast brings. Guest access The cottage, driveway and deck (with small Weber Grill) are all yours. Other things to note Because the cottage is approximately 650 sq feet, the bathroom is located on the first floor as there was no room to put one in upstairs in the loft bedroom.
