A warm welcome to the Pink Kangaroo Bungalows from Dick (Australian) and Wan (Thai). This bungalow has been crafted to offer a truly tropical stay, with a beautiful surrounding of palm trees and a calming creek. If you're after a serene stay or a zen working/living space - this location is ideal! You'll experience a truly tranquil and unique stay with all the comforts that you could need. A beach of golden sands and crystal clear waters is only a hop, skip and short moped ride away (700m). The space Our fully equipped and self-sustained bungalows (this is 1 of 4) offer everything you would need for a long term stay. They're also perfect for a slightly shorter stay too! You will be able to enjoy preparing and cooking your own meals in your fully equipped kitchen*. You will have a gas hob burner and also a microwave and ample fridge/freezer and cupboard space. *If you don't fancy cooking your own meals, there's plenty of great restaurants a short distance away. Temperature control is never a problem in our bungalows, with fans to cool and extractor fans to take away excess heat. You will also have fly screens for the windows and doors to ventilate to your hearts desire whilst keeping the pesky critters out. You will have acess to good wifi (up to 13mb/s), which can definitely handle a Zoom call or two! But, please note, this is a tropical island and as with any utilities - although rare - you may experience a drop in service. We have however hosted many happy digital nomads. You'll also enjoy a shower that boasts great pressure and temperature control (sometimes a rarity in Thailand!). We can also assist with your laundry but this is done at an additional cost to the cost of the stay. This is your own private, tropical and fully equipped space but if you should ever need any assistance or guidance for the island, your hosts will be around to help! Please bear in mind, this is not a hotel and servicing of the rooms with clean towels and sheets is carried out every 3 to 4 days. The studio is one of the few affordable self contained accommodations on the island. You're free to kick back and relax on the large porch area or on the comfortable sofa - the choice is yours! Guest access Your own private pathway to your bungalow and ample space in order to park a motorbike/moped. Other things to note Our bungalows are best suited for those looking for a long term stay and as such this is a self-sustained space which you could liken to having your own apartment. We do however offer shorter stays if you're just on a flyby visit to the island. As in any rental situation we will provide a clean place and ask that you will do the same on leaving. Transport: We can connect you with motorbike rental operators that will offer very economical rates. Just sit back and relax.
