Apartments Brico - A3 (4+1)

Apartments Brico are a family owned and operated complex located in Arbanija, a small fishing village only a 4500m from the UNESCO listed town of Trogir. NEW swimming pool!!! The space We offer four modern and well equipped apartments with a combined accommodate capacity of 20 persons. All apartments are seaward facing, each with its own private balcony. The grounds at out complex feature a courtyard, season pool, beautifully landscaped gardens and a secure private parking area for use by our guests. Locally, there is a child friendly beach within just 100 meters from apartments. Apartment A3 (4+1) is located at the highest level of the house and features a spacious sea view balcony with a full magnificent view of Kastela Bay. This apartment features two bedrooms, each with a king sized bed. The apartment also has a large lounge/living area with an adjoining kitchen, bathroom (with a shower) and washing machine. Pull out couch is situated in living room and it is suitable for two childs/ one adult, TV/SAT, fully equipped kitchen with an dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, sandwich maker and mixer make this quite the home away from home. Guest access Our guests will have acces to free internet, satelite TV, barbecue (on request) and have fun on swimming pool. Also, there is a secure private parking area for use by our guests. And, we provide baby cot on request. Other things to note FlyRent (our rental brand) is situated on the beach only 300 meters from the apartments. We offer 3 YamahaJet Ski’s, and of course where would all the fun be without the additional tubes, water-ski’s and (for those brave enough) Fly-boards.
