Carpos Villa

The villa is in Aegina, the closest island to Athens and can be easily accessed either by flying dolphin in just 40 minutes or by ferry in 70 minutes (ideal in case you wish to bring your vehicle). The beachfront property is situated in the ‘Livadi’ area, in the heart of Aegina, only 1.5km away from the main city of the island and a short 2-minute walk from the house of the famous Greek writer Nikos Kazantzakis. It offers an unobstructed view of the sea and direct access to a beautiful beach. The space The villa has three floors and is 280 m2 in total, while the land around it is 700m2. There are: (in total 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one has Jacuzzi) and 1 WC) Ground Floor: Kitchen- Patio- Guest WC- Parking 1st Floor: 2 MASTER bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two separate balconies and one shared. Lower Ground Floor: 2 SPACIOUS bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a walk-in closet. Lower Ground Floor: 1 STANDARD BEDROOM, with 2 single beds ideal for children Lower Ground Floor :2 BATHROOMS - one for each bedroom The two upper level bedrooms reveal a sea view/ pistachio tree view respectively and benefit from natural light swathing in, throughout the day. All accommodation is decorated with delicate and luxurious taste, mixing together antique Greek furniture with hand picked vintage objects and decorative items. All rooms are furnished with comfortable, high-quality Duxiana mattresses and antiallergic linens. We also provide locally made organic bathroom amenities. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and phones. The flooring of the entire villa is wooden (Teak Burma). The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances (Miele) such as an induction stove, oven, fridge, but also a coffee machine (Nespresso & Filter coffee machine), a kettle and a toast maker and the countertop is made of Corian marble. Also, there is an up-to-date alarm system, security cameras, and central phone system. The house has a central DAIKIN cooling/heating system and additional heating units as well as a boiler for access to warm water any time during the day. The house is also equipped with a power generator, thus in case of a power blackout in the island, the house will be able to operate independently (in terms of electricity). Last but not least, there is a strong WIFI connection to the entire villa. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and its amenities.
