Guest Rooms with a king bed (optional: Queen Bed / 2 Single beds) are at upstair at a double floor house with backyard. We are a family with 2 school gilrs (12 and 14) . We love to have guest from different part of the world. We love playing music, hope you also like it. The space IMPORTANT!!! Sorry we only host FEMALE guest (Except Kids). 衹招待女生。男生勿擾(If you are male, Thank you for your understanding not to apply) The Room We have a private ,very comfortable and cozy bedroom upstair at second floor with a King sized bed (Optional 2 Singles or Queen) , clean sheets, pillow, freshly cleaned pillow cover, a large wardrobe with coat hangers and drawers, a fan. # Air conditioning is available in summer. Central heating is available in winter. The House The room is in the second floor of the house. Free access to use of the rest of the house and garden including the backyard and front-yard. Off street parking available. Location We are located at eastern surburb of Melbourne. The surburb is called Forest Hill. 15 mins walking distance to Canterbury international hotel 7 mins walking to Parkmore primary school Located 23 kms from the city centre thru Citylink M1 (in 1 km) with only a 5 minute drive to train station for 25 minute ride to city. Drive to Closest Brentford square in 4 mins with Woolworths supermarket, petrol station, post office, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, banks etc (Walk only 10 mins) Buses to closest Nunawading railway station in 5 mins. Buses to Blackburn/Mitcham railway station in 15 mins toward Boxhill or Mitcham. Buses to Glen Waverley railway station in 15 mins ride. What we offer • Free Wi-Fi NBN internet • The house is located in a quiet street, lot of parking available and a very nice and huge park at the back street. • 23km to the city and 20km to the famous Dandenong Range national Park and puffing Billy train • Woolworths Supermarket, post office, cafes, banks only a 4 minutes drive • 24/7 stores at Sringvale Road from the house for emergency shopping -Parkmore Primary school is 10 walking distance from our house. • We speak both English and Chinese (Cantonese) at home. • Aqualink - swimming pool, gym, spa and steam room - only 3 minutes drive. • Kitchen; fully stocked with all you'll need to cook simple meal (request is needed) • Bathroom with shower. Please consider water usage as Australia is always shortage of water. • Laundry; washing machine with drying line in the backyard. Please kindly save water, use laundry every 4 days. （Swim clothing is excluded , of course.） Dryer is available with extra cost. ** Smoke free/Vaping at home ** ** Pet free home ***Sorry no essential oil burner is allowed in the room. ****No loud music or loud TV after 10pm. Please kindly use headphone. We expect less volume of music, talking and TV after 10pm on weekdays as we have 2 school teenages. About us We are easy-going family with 2 teenage girls; happy to share our space and willing to tell our guests things about Australia if they are interested. I love telling where to have fun and enjoy food and coffee as I have lived in Melbourne and Sydney for 25 years. * Sorry we accept woman applicant only.
