Our apartment has been fully renovated last year. It's very luminous, tidy and clean with all the commodities. It's really a brand new luxurious 5 star accommodation in a residential tower which is located on a hill overlooking the sea. The small balcony ( overlooking the sea) is perfect for having breakfast in the morning or reading a book at sunset. . A restaurant/café/Espresso Bar deli, cinemas and a few shops operate within the building. The space There is a gym, jaccuzi and sauna as well as a washing machine and a dryer in the building. Tel Aviv Municipality bicycles(Rent a Bike Station) are available at the beach (Hof Hatsuk) which is only two minutes walk from the building. A pleasant 45 minutes walk along the beach promenade will take you to Tel Aviv Port known as one of the city's most charming and popular sites. The building has a lobby with a doorman 24 /7.
