There is an elevator. :) Guest access It is said that Suwałki is a fairy-tale land. And so it is. Historically, Suwałki is the western part of the Lithuanian Lake District. It is a land full of forests and lakes. While here, it is worth visiting the beautiful Suwałki Landscape Park, Wigry National Park, Wigry Lake, Hańcza Lake (the deepest lake in Poland). In winter, it is a paradise for lovers of white fluff, sleigh rides, and skiers. We have a ski lift here, which is located in Szelmęt; a large number of cross-country trails and the possibility of organizing sleigh rides, which can be finished with a bonfire and delicious refreshments. In the lake located 7 km from our apartment, ice swimming enthusiasts meet every Sunday, but of course you can swim there every other day. Summer attracts visitors with many lakes, cycling routes, hiking trails that lead through the beautiful surroundings of the Wigry National Park or the Suwałki Landscape Park. One of the most famous places is the famous Pokamedulski Monastery on the Wigry, where John Paul II rested during one of his pilgrimages. It is worth going to the charming Sejny, visiting Pogranicze and Krasnogruda, where the Czesław Miłosz Manor House is located. Also worth recommending are canoe trips on the most beautiful river, Czarna Hańcza, which is very safe, also recommended for families with children and complete canoeing amateurs. About 200 km from Suwałki there is beautiful Vilnius and the castle in Trakai. Suwałki travel agencies offer full-day bus trips there. In summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms in the Suwałki forests. Suwałki and the surrounding area have a lot of bicycle paths, and from this year you can rent bicycles on the streets of the city. In the bedroom area there is a bed with a new ecological mattress with dimensions of 140x200. There is also a hanging lamp and a standing night lamp. There is a spacious wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet. To make your life more pleasant, we have left some books, games and puzzles. In the kitchen you will also find a large selection of teas, coffee and a real Italian coffee maker.
