(about 5 minutes' walk) Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. In no time at all, you will be in all the important places. Lecce, Galipolli and Porto Cesareo are easy to reach by car in about 20 minutes as well as the most beautiful beaches in PUGLIA. For party lovers, Galipoli and Lecce are recommended. The space The apartment offers the following: - Bedroom with double bed + private shower & toilet - Hallway with air conditioning - Children's room with bunk bed + private shower - Additional separate toilet - Open kitchen with air conditioning adjacent to the living room and balcony - Rooftop terrace + laundry room (washing machine) Apartment is fully equipped. All the following items in the apartment are at your disposal: Since we cannot list everything, here are some examples: - complete kitchen equipment (e.g. toaster, microwave, egg cooker, coffee maker, small grill, refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher - German and Italian TV Guest access All rooms + roof terrace + balcony + basement common room Other things to note The price is valid for a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children depending on the length of stay and season. Children 12 years and older are considered adults. Persons under 12 years of age are considered children. A security deposit of 150.00 euros must be paid on site when the keys are handed over. If the apartment is returned undamaged, the deposit will be refunded upon return of the keys. The tourist tax is 1.00 euro per day per adult and must be paid on site. The cleaning fee depends on the season and is 50 - 110.00 euros and is usually already taken into account when booking. If the cleaning fee is not listed on the invoice, the fee must be paid on site.
