"A spacious 1 BHK, primarily set up for guests. Space is beautifully designed for guests looking for a weekend getaway or guests looking for long-term stays as well. It is within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes from the main market. This place also offers a beautiful view of the Kullu town from its roof. Along with a spacious living room, a working desk, well-equipped kitchenette, it has a cozy bedroom and an attached washroom. Wifi is also available. Parking is available as well." The space Our property is located 1 km before main Dhalpur towards Bhuntar. Although all the stores, cafe’s, grocery store, fruit market is at a walking distance away, still you get to enjoy a peaceful and quite surrounding as we are located at a 2 min walk from the main road. The view from our place is also beautiful as you get the see the beauty of kullu valley and its mountains. All the apartments are private and you donot share spaces with other guests. The living area, bedroom, kitchen and washroom are accessible only to the guests living in it. Apart from it we have common space on the terrace to sit and enjoy the view. You can also access table tennis and othwr indoor games available at our place. Guest access Since this property is with multiple apartments and occupancies we like to ensure everyone has their own space. Please keep in mind our terrace and covered terrace area for indoor games is shared. This is also a great space enjoy your evening tea/coffee and get to know other people living around. Other things to note House Rules No food or drinks in the bedroom:- Since we do our best to keep our rooms in top condition, and free from bugs and critters, we have provided a lovely living space next to the kitchen for your enjoyment. All tea, cold drinks and food can be enjoyed in our living area only. We also request that all food and drinks be stored in the kitchen and refrigerator and not kept in your room. No smoking, drugs, no events, no parties:- If you are coming to our town to party there are many great places around. Unfortunately our place is NOT one of them. We have strict no smoking in rooms. But you can use the open terrace or common sitting area in terrace for smoking. Although alcohol is not restricted but we expect guests to behave responsibly as it is a residential area and we do not accept any nuisance outside. We also do not accept loud parties, although indoor music is no issue. Though we are sure it wont come to it, any complaints of unruly behavior in this area will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us. Quite Time: - We all enjoy times of silence and rest. To be considerate to other roommates we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter side after 10 PM and before 6 AM. Occupancy: - We ask you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of additional guest charges in an attempt to keep costs down for you. However, we understand that from time to time you may want an additional guest to stay in the place. In the event that you need an additional guest, you may book an extra bed for an additional charge. No Shoes: - To ensure we keep our carpets and floors squeaky clean for our guest enjoyment we have a no shoe policy in our home. Please remove your shoes and you are welcome to wear indoor slippers. Pets: - It’s a pet friendly place. But you need to bring your pets bed along with you as we do not allow pets on bed. Moreover you will also have to take care of your pets litter. There is a spacious orchard nearby where you can take your pet for walks.
