Leonara - 5BHK Luxurious Portuguese-style Villa

This is a vintage Portuguese-style villa, away from the tourists and crowds of commercial Goa. It has a private swimming pool, patio, garden, 5 bedrooms/bathrooms, huge living room, dining/bar area and kitchen. Perfect for a family getaway or a quiet retreat with friends. The villa is located in the peaceful village of Tivim. Please note that this is a quiet village Distance from popular areas- Mapusa: 12 min Mopa airport: 20 min Assagao: 25 min Vagator/Anjuna: 30 min Morjim/Ashwem: 40 min The space There are 5 bedrooms, each bedroom has an AC an private bathroom. The pool and patio are great to spend mornings and evenings, there are fans at the patio as well. There is also a kitchen, bar and dining area and huge living room. Board games are available. This is a self serviced property. We do not have a full-time housekeeper. The staff will come in once a day in the mornings for cleaning and maintenance. The kitchen is open for guests to use. Swiggy and Zomato deliver to the villa. However, you require breakfast/ veg food/ tea-coffee, you can enquire for the rates. We recommend that you rent a car or hire a driver since the location is not in an area where you can find a taxi on the road. Transportation arrangements do need to be made in advance. Guest access Pool - Kitchen - Patio - Garden Seating No consumption of food/drinks in/around the poolside. Please use the patio area which has tables for eating and drinking. Extra guests can be accommodated at Rs 1500 per person per night (up to 14 guests) We live in a residential area. No loud music after 10pm. Please note that this is not a hotel. If you want 5 star facilities, please book a 5 star hotel. This is our home, that we love sharing with people who want to discover that there is more to Goa than parties. We request that guests treat this property with respect. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Our expectations of guests are simple: treat our home how you would treat your own. Below rules are to be strictly followed, failing which guests will be asked to VACATE the property IMMEDIATELY. - All guests must provide ID proof - Cash deposit of Rs 10000 to be given to the caretaker on arrival, which will be returned at checkout. - NO drinking and eating by the pool side. Food and beverages are allowed only till the patio. Any violation of the same will invite strict action. - Used alcohol bottles are to be collected and kept in boxes placed in the patio for recycling waste. No bottles to be left lying around on the ground. - No smoking inside the house. Please ask for ashtrays to smoke on the patio outside. - Any bottle cap/food/garbage thrown in the pool will invite strict fines of Rs 10000 since the entire pool has to be drained and cleaned. - Do not throw garbage on the floor - waste baskets are present in each room + bathroom as well as outside. - Please remove your footwear outside the house on the patio. - Please do not keep wet towels on the bed or sofa - No loud music after 10pm No littering | No partying by the pool side | No leaving used bottles around Please behave with decency and decorum and keep the villa in a clean, hygienic and respectable condition. Also note: > Pool timings are strictly from 8:00am to 10:00pm. We sincerely request you not to jump in the pool at night since chlorine is added to the water for cleaning at night.
