Cereal, milk, coffee, sugar and tea are supplied to get you started. King size bed and 2 single beds as well as a sofa lounge to kick back on while watching a 42 inch television. Netflix or Stan is available. A hydrotherapy spa bath is for your relaxation. A BBQ is on your private balcony with stunning ocean, sunset and pool views Wifi included. The space A modern home with spectacular ocean and sunset views that's in a quiet location its a great location to use as a base to explore K-Gari Island or see the whales. Being a outer suburb gives you the peacefulness of a nights good rest. We are only 20 minutes from Hervey Bays main area of activity. The sea breeze keeps our home lovely and cool even on the hottest of days. We have K-Gari Island where you can catch a ferry across , or enjoy the day of whale or dolphin watching. There are many tours on offer. There are 2 golf courses around the corner if you feel like having a hit or just relax around our pool taking in our magnificent views. A fire pit area is there of a night if your wanting to keep warm and enjoy a few drinks while toasting marshmallows. This place is suitable for tourists, couples, business people or a small family of 2 children and all nationalities and religions are welcome. There is even room enough to bring your boat and park your cars. If we are booked, look at our other listings or shoot us a message to see what other options there are. Guest access Entire top story is for your private use. Guests may use laundry washing machine although with dryer there will be a$3 fee. Please let me know and I can make sure laundry is free for you.. All areas outside are for your use. Even though you have the privacy of your own kitchenette and BBQ you are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen downstairs if unoccupied. During your stay We are led by our guests preference, we are a friendly social couiple but respect your space with peace and quiet as it is your vacation time. You are welcome to call me in the event if you need assistance or information during your stay. Other things to note Holiday time check in and checkout may be altered if we have back to back bookings. Supplies may run out if you have long stays and wont be replaced. There are stairs to contend with so not really ideal for smaller children.
