Private room in modern family house

I live with wife and son and our house is newly built with all modern comforts. The central sqaure of Ulgii is 10 minutes walk, and there is a supermarket under 2 minutes away. I speak good English. My wife speaks some, but always welcoming person! We can provide breakfast and also cook dinner for you for a small extra cost. I run a tour guiding company, so please ask about tours in the local area including hiking, horseriding, cultural tours, kazakh nomad homestay and visiting egle hunter!
