Lanterna Hotel and Home Kitchen in Boracay Island is a cosy villa located on Bolabog Street, about a 2 minute walk to Bolabog Beach (Kite Surfing Beach) and only a 10 minute walk to the White Beach and D’Mall. Ideal for couples, travellers and kiters who want to stay in a quiet place and still be centrally located to all the activities that Boracay Island has to offer. The space The Magenta Studio Apartment is located on the second floor and includes a small sized balcony and fully equipped kitchenette (with gas stove & fridge). The room is well-lit and accommodates an en-suite bathroom with shower, closet A/C, fan, cable TV, and safety deposit box. Other room amenities include fresh towels, linens and beach towels. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryer (available upon request). All our showers are solar panelled therefore on a cloudy day, the water might not reach very hot temperatures. There is free wifi and water for all our guests. Please ask any of our staff for details. All Studio Apartments are available for monthly rental during the period from May - November. Please send us a message if you're interested. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, dining room and garden which are located on the ground floor. This is also the space of Luigi’s Home Kitchen offering authentic and traditional Italian dishes you won’t typically find in any mainstream Italian Restaurant. The Hotel Restaurant also welcomes guests outside of the Hotel but is by appointment only and with no menu. Thus the communal lounge, located on the ground floor, may be at times busy depending on the reservations we have. We cater a fully personal menu to all our customers with the freshest ingredients found in the local markets of Boracay according to the choice of either: fish/meat/or vegetarian. To book a table for the same date please let us know before 12noon so we may have enough time to prepare a menu. During your stay We love to interact with our guests. It's a great way of making connections and meeting people from all over the world although we are very aware of guests who wish to be more private and respect that. Other things to note Boracay Island is undergoing a rehabilitation program which entails road construction all through out the Island. At the moment there is construction around Bolabog area and we wish to inform all our guests. Having said this, our space and garden is extremely quiet and safe. We have a security guard in the evenings who will check you in if you arrive later than 10PM and can assist you in all matters during the evening. Lanterna Hotel is a very small family-run Hotel. We have two cats and two dogs that are part of our family and our neighbours own some chickens which might get loud. We would like to advise all our guests that we are part of an island community and animals are part of our habitat.
