This new fully air conditioned beach house is ideal for the extended family or up to 6 couples that love the beach and Byron. Byron@Belongil is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute stroll into town. You are so close to the beach you can hear the waves breaking on the sand. The Studio is included in this listing. SUMMER HOLIDAY PERIOD 20 Dec 24 until 31 Jan 25 - minimum 7 days Check in Friday, Saturday or Sunday only The space UPSTAIRS - The beach house has 3 bedrooms upstairs comfortably sleeping 6 adults. The Master bedroom has a luxury King size bed with ensuite. You can lie in bed and hear the sound of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom has a luxury queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 of the most comfortable single beds you will every find. Suitable for adults as well as children. There is a main bathroom and separate toilet for these 2 bedrooms. There are 2 TV areas, one outside the Master bedroom with a 2 1/2 seater lounge plus a single seater lounge and a new 55" Samsung LED Smart TV. The other TV area is off the kitchen with a new 65" Hisense LED Smart TV and a leather lounge with chase that can sit up to 6 persons. The modern Miele kitchen opens onto a huge covered deck which has an outdoor teak table and 8 chairs. There is a Q3200 Webber BBQ suitable for the large family. There is also an indoor dining area off the kitchen which seats 8. DOWNSTAIRS - In the Bali inspired backyard there is a covered BBQ area with a 8 seater outdoor setting and BBQ. From here you overlook the sparkling pool which has a sunken seat around the end of the pool to relax and enjoy your friends with. There are two 1 bedroom fully furnished, self contained apartments downstairs with luxury queen beds and their own ensuite, kitchen, and lounge with 55" LED Smart TV's. Each apartment comfortable sleeps 2 adults. GAMES ROOM When we built the house, the garage was always going to be a games room complete with a 3/4 size slate Billiard table. This is still a main feature today. In late 2019 we converted the garage/games room to a Studio by adding air conditioning, a new en-suite with a built in wardrobe which also houses the refrigerator. A kitchen trolley is provided with a kettle and toaster for your use together with crockery and cutlery. The studio has a Plush leather lounge which converts into a very comfortable oversized double sofa bed with a gel memory foam topper to add to your comfort. You have a 55" LED Smart TV installed on the wall so you can watch from the lounge or in bed. There are 2 laundries with a washing machine and dryer in each, one upstairs and the other downstairs for your use. Beach Essentials - Included in this amenities category are Beach Towels and Beach Umbrella for your use. All Beach Towels used are to be washed and dried before checking out to avoid a minimum $100 charge. Guest access You have access to the whole house, pool and yards except for the Pool Shed. Other things to note PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. To respect the neighbours that live and work in the area, the balcony should be vacated by 10pm during the week ie Sunday through to Thursday nights and midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
