THE LOCATION Located at PNB Village, a peaceful and relaxing residential area in Baguio City surrounded with pine trees. It is just 100m from Marcos Hi-way and very accessible to 7-11 and Puregold Bakakeng. On Maps, you may search the place using "PNB VILLAGE STREET, BAGUIO CITY." THE SPACE It’s a newly constructed, modern-styled basement of the house with separate entrance door. It’s a cozy place to stay-in with friends and family. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, living/dining area and a veranda. THE BED Each bedroom has comfortable pull-out beds with fresh linens, blankets and fluffy pillows. THE KITCHEN Furnished with functional 2-burner stove, gas range, water dispenser, personal refrigerator, plates and glasses, and exhaust fan. A griller is also available outdoor using coal. LIVING & DINING AREA The unit has 1 big table with modern couch and chairs where you can relax or eat, w. It is also equipped with a new TV & Cable. You can customize the lighting in the living area, using lamp, chandelier or other led-lights depending on your chosen mood. THE BALCONY Enjoy the weather in Baguio with a relaxing ambiance. Sit down and have coffee in a wooden chair and table. THE BATHROOM Each Bedroom is equipped with a bathroom toilet, sink, mirror, and shower with water heater THE PARKING The house has an entrance good for 2 cars. 2 parking spaces are alotted to the guests. Guests can also safely park along the street. GENERAL RULES •NO Smoking inside (You can smoke on the veranda, but keep the sliding doors closed) •NO Pets allowed •NO Parties or Events •Dispose your garbage at the designated trash cans •There shoud be no damage or disarrangement to any property inside the unit. Please handle them with care and treat the furniture like yours. We trust our guests, so we don’t require security deposit. •Lock & secure the basement whenever you step-out the unit •Turn-off appliances when not in use Guest access Guests will have access to the whole basement and two parking spaces.
