From the terrace you can experience unforgettable moments: breakfasts with the scent of the sea and candlelit dinners with a spectacular view of Portovenere and the islands of Tino and Palmaria. Here you will find everything you need for a unique stay, a true Love Nest where the only background will be the sound of the waves. This typical tower house, built by fishermen around the year 1000, stands directly on the rocks of Tellaro, next to its iconic little church overlooking the sea. The location is truly unique: here the border between home and sea almost disappears. You won't even have to go out to swim... just open the gate to the terrace. The house can only be reached on foot, from the main square of the village where the driveway ends and the pedestrian area begins (about a 3-minute walk). Ceiling with wooden beams that creates a warm and evocative atmosphere. HD TV with smart channels (Netflix, Prime Video). Wi-Fi Breathtaking sea view: here you really sleep "inside the sea". 📍 Address: Via XXIV Maggio 11, Tellaro (Only accessible on foot) Guest access 🏡 Access and eligibility The entire house is at the complete disposal of guests and is suitable for a maximum of 3 people (small size). Being a typical Ligurian house developed on 4 floors connected by internal stairs and without doors, it is not particularly suitable for families with children under 5 years of age (as described by the parents). 🚗 Access to the ZTL and parking Tellaro is a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL) all year round. To allow you to get as close as possible to the house to unload your luggage, we ask you to communicate the license plate of the car in advance, so as to register it on the portal of the Municipality. After unloading your luggage, the apartment can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes (300 meters). Cars can be parked in the paid parking lots outside the village, in the direction of the cemetery, about 600 meters from the center. Other things to note 🧾 Important information The Municipality of Lerici applies a tourist tax of €4.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 5 nights. The tax must be paid in cash at check-in. To be able to enter the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in Tellaro by car, you need to send us your license plate number so that we can register it. All guests must present a government-issued ID for mandatory registration on the Police Headquarters' Accommodation Portal. 🌊 On Tellaro Tellaro is an ancient fishing village dating back to the year 1000, perched on the rocks and overlooking a beautiful cove.
