Apartment on the 1st floor with 4 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. From the bedroom with a double bed you can directly go out to the balcony. The living room is stylishly and cozily decorated, the second bedroom is a large room on the west side, where there is a single bed and a double bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds. A beautiful bright kitchen with full equipment and a bathroom with a shower cabin will provide comfort for a large family or a group of friends. Other things to note Dear Guests, Please be advised that we do not rent apartments in our tenement house for party groups, such as bachelor parties and other such gatherings. We do not accept reservations from people whose purpose is nightlife and disturbing the peace of other guests. Our priority is the comfort and safety of all guests, which is why we mainly invite families with children and couples who respect the rules of the facility and value a peaceful rest.
