A luxurious penthouse with panoramic uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, Albert Park Lake and the Melbourne City skyline! I am a zen living at this top-level 2-bedroom apartment with an extra room to share with Airbnb guests. A respectful guest is welcome to stay with me. Views take your breath away! Walking distance to St Kilda Beach, the huge terrace with a spa, a sunbed and a covered pergola is where to refresh your soul and body. The space APARTMENT: Make your stay most memorable at this Dream Home! Nature meets city life! This building has a great location just on a tram stop to make a quick trip to Melbourne CBD. LOUNGE: The spacious, open plan living area is bright and relaxing, with breathtaking views of St Kilda from any angle. Explore Melbourne's exciting bar & food scene, or enjoy nights at home on the comfortable recliner couch. I do yoga or home workout sometimes in the mornings or evenings in the lounge. You are welcome to join me if wish. KITCHEN: Enjoy a meal out, or cook up a storm at home in the fully-equipped kitchen. All essential appliances are available for your convenience, including an oven, inverter microwave, stove, pantry, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a large fridge & freezer. GUEST BEDROOM: The bedroom can be locked for privacy, and has access to a private balcony with spectacular city views. The room has a double bed with a comfortable bedhead, mattress topped with five-star hotel quality firm and soft pillows. The linens are professionally washed and ironed between each guest stay, ensuring that our high standards are passed on to you. Each side of the bed has a modern stylish bedside table and light for individual use. A desk and a chair are in the room for a dedicated workspace. GUEST BATHROOM: The bathroom is modern and bright with a large shower. Complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer available inside the apartment. TERRACE: An outdoor dining table set covered under the pergola is a great entertaining area. The sunbed set has a custom made high-quality cushion which is perfect to relax after a spa for sunbathing. The outdoor spa on the rooftop terrace truly makes this penthouse unique in St Kilda or Melbourne where one of a few places has this feature! CARPARK: The tram stop at your doorstep, but if travelling by car, there is a secure carpark available for you to use on the basement of the building. HOME OFFICE: Travel for work, feel on holiday! My apartment is ideal for business travellers. I work from home. Our spacious living system works functionally for both a guest's and my separate working spaces. My guest usually uses a large table in the lounge for a dedicated workplace whilst I have an office in my master bedroom. No sound interruption as my work is mainly based on email communication. No problem if you have zoom meetings or make phone calls all day in the lounge or in the room. My place is secure to leave your personal belongings on the lounge table or an additional desk available in the guest room. Guest access My apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car spaces. I stay in a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. You will have a private bedroom with a full guest bathroom and a bedroom balcony. The spa is all yours during your stay. You will have access to a full kitchen, lounge, dining area, terrace, and laundry facility where you may share with me. Other things to note This is a residential building and we ask all our guests to respect our neighbours during your stay especially when using common areas including corridors, lifts, carpark and bin areas. Be mindful of the following few attitudes: 1. Keep noise levels minimum between 10pm and 8am. Use the spa and laundry before 10pm. 2. Step gently on the hallway of our unit floor, and open and close the door gently. 3. Do not make a noise in front of our neighbour's unit door while waiting for lifts. 4. Keep the rubbish chute area of our unit floor neat and tidy ensuring no rubbish on the hallway carpet. FAQs: Q: Can we stay for 1 or 2 nights only for my girl/boyfriend's birthday and pay extra? A: Unfortunately, we have a minimum of a 5-night stay policy at this time. This is my home, not suitable for an event.
