There is a new kitchen that opens to a huge living and dining room with lots of windows, and two decks, so that you can enjoy the unlimited views. There is also a room where you can enjoy board games with your friends or family or perhaps sit and read a good book. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a master bedroom on the main floor. There are two full baths. One off master bedroom 1st floor, 2nd in finished basement next to laundry area. There are many attractions right on the farm itself. Enjoy walking trails along the River and through the meadows. There are kayaks, canoes, to swim or fish, and end with a cookout at the pavilion. Build a fire and roast marshmallows where you enjoy gazing at the millions of stars you never knew were there. There are Wineries, Breweries, Golf and Antiquing in nearby towns. It's only a one-hour drive to Washington, D.C. Enjoy other historic sites such as Gettysburg , Luray Caverns, Charlottesville, and Monticello. All are an easy day's trip. The Historic Triangle of Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown is approximately a 3-hour trip. There are also two ski resorts fairly close - Massanutten is about 55 minutes away and Bryce can be accessed in 35 minutes.
