Long Beach Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is situated on 2and half acres. A 2 bedroom cozy guesthouse with modern styling. We are a 800m walk to a calm sandy long beach. It’s Just 6km south to Batemans Bay town centre or 5 min North to Marramarang National Park providing many secluded picturesque beaches and bush walking tracks for all levels. The space A 2 bedroom cozy guesthouse consisting of a private toilet/bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a oven, full size fridge, microwave, tea and coffee, coffee machine (Aldi pods), dinning table, lounge area with a sofa couch/bed, Wi-Fi, TV and Netflix. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Guest access The backyard is out of bounds, however you are welcome to sit outside your back door on the outdoor black sofa lounge with coffee table, please keep in mind that the back deck area is a shared area. The kids are more than welcome to play in the front yard area. Please keep in mind that we do live on the property in close proximity to the guesthouse. Large parking area, plenty of space for a boat or jetski. The property is surrounded with fencing. Other things to note We suggest bringing your own beach towels, suncream, fishing gear, diving gear and surf boards to enjoy all that is on offer in our area.
