Welcome to our fully furnished 1,000 sq. ft. apartment, located on the 5th floor of a seven-story building in Rayerbazar, a calm and peaceful residential neighborhood. The apartment features balconies with open sky views, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay. The complex is safe, secure, and welcoming for all guests. The space The apartment is filled with natural air and sunlight, creating a bright and comfortable environment. In addition to the bedrooms, there are separate living and dining areas equipped with a television, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and electric kettle. Please note that air conditioning is available in two bedrooms only; the living and dining areas are not air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and essential cooking appliances, suitable for a family of four. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, elevator access, and uninterrupted power supply, supported by a diesel backup generator for electric fans and basic lighting. The building offers 24/7 security, and the apartment entrance is monitored by a CCTV camera. As there are a few nearby construction sites, some daytime noise may be audible. However, compared to many other areas of the city, nights are generally quiet and peaceful, ensuring a comfortable overnight stay. Guest access Confirmed guests have access to all shared areas, including the stairway and parking facilities. Daytime visitors are permitted in the apartment between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A caretaker is available to assist visitors with entry, and all visitors are required to register at the entrance. This procedure is essential for maintaining the safety and security of the residential complex. Other things to note Before Booking We kindly request guests to share the purpose of their stay and the relationship among all accompanying guests before submitting a booking request. This helps us ensure a comfortable and appropriate stay for everyone. Guest Identification & Check-in All guests are required to present a valid photo ID (National ID, Passport, or Social Card) at check-in. You may share a soft copy in advance to the Airbnb Inbox. This requirement applies to all guests except children under 18 traveling with their parents. This is a mandatory security procedure, and we appreciate your full cooperation. Visitors & Overnight Stays Prior consent from the host is required for any visitor or outsider wishing to stay overnight. Our home is intended exclusively for tourists. Social gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. Local Community Consideration Unmarried couples are not permitted to use the property for dating purposes. We respectfully uphold the social and religious values of our neighbors, who are practicing Muslims. Additional Guests & Bedding Maids are not allowed in the unit. In exceptional cases where a visitor is permitted to stay, guests must arrange their own pillows and blankets, as no extra bedding is available. Without prior approval, more than three guests are not allowed. After three guests, an additional nightly charge applies (please refer to the pricing section). Any unauthorized extra guest may be subject to a fine of USD 100 per night. Guests must notify via Airbnb Inbox, and the caretaker may refuse entry if prior authorization is not provided. Cleanliness Guests are requested to dispose of waste and leftovers in the designated trash bins. A USD 20 cleaning fee will apply if trash is left on floors or if cleaning is requested with less than 48 hours’ notice. Routine cleaning by the housekeeper is provided every two days. Smoking Policy Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. Smoking inside the apartment or in common areas of the building is strictly prohibited. Check-in & Check-out Timing For early check-in or late check-out requests, please inform us at the time of booking so we can check availability and make arrangements if possible.
