Simple and homey accommodation at the heart of Baler! Walking distance to the surfing beach and popular restaurants such as Kubli Bistro, Baler-ORTUS, Kusina Luntian, Yellow Fin, and many other local eateries. Getting around is easy, with tricycles readily available and sari-sari stores nearby for your daily needs. A popular bake shop, Dialyn’s, is also close by, conveniently located near 7-Eleven. Also, surfboards and a motorcycle are available for rent on the premises. The space The property has four rooms for rent. It's a 1 to 2 minutes walk going to Sabang beach (main beach for surfing). Room is located at the ground floor. You will have the room all to yourself with a private comfort room. There is 1 double-sized bed in the room. 1 Stand FAN ASAHI Toilet with flush & Bidet Sink Wifi Table and chair 1 Electric kettle with coffee mug There's a provision for shower, but water pressure is a bit weak thus it will not work most of the time. We however provide a dipper and a bucket for when you take a bath. We provide pillows and blankets. The place is about 200m (about 1 to 2min walk) away from the beach. Guest access There's a parking area infront of the rooms. Limited to a maximum of two cars, first come first served basis. Just in case we cannot accommodate your car due to our imited space we will provide you a parking space at the nearby accommadation which is a 100 pesos parking fee per day and will be charge to Hamada's owner. During your stay The owners live in the same building and will be available to assist you with any concerns. We value your privacy and we can limit the interactions as you wish. Other things to note We do allow earlier check-in as long as the room is available or not occupied by guests. There is additional charge of 300 pesos for early check in and if our standard check out time is exceeded we will charge an additional fee per hour of 100 pesos. Standard check-in time is at 2pm. Standard check out time is at 12nn. Please be advised that hot water is not available in the showers. Only cold water will be provided. The issue of low water pressure is a very rare occurrence, but in case it happens, a dipper and bucket are available for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding!
